At Ranvion, we strive to deliver high-quality products with reliable service. To better understand your delivery timeline, please note that our shipping process is divided into two stages:

1. Processing Time

This stage includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Estimates

This refers to the duration it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods & Insurance

  • Insured Shipping: If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost (provided sufficient proof is submitted).

  • Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is placed at the top of our daily processing list for the manufacturer. While shipping times remain similar to standard, your order is prioritized for dispatch and fully insured.

Important Delivery Information

  • Multiple Shipments: Since we fulfill orders from various global warehouses, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

  • Tracking Updates: Tracking numbers typically take 3–7 days to update in the system. To track your package, please visit a 3rd party platform like 17TRACK.

  • Potential Delays: While we work hard to get your order out ASAP, high demand or local customs can sometimes extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our quality standards.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to change your order (size, color, or address), please contact us within 24 hours of placement.
