1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you are welcome to place an order as a guest. However, creating a Ranvion account offers several benefits:

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) as well as PayPal for secure payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When you purchase online using a credit card, your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your data is then encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization. Ranvion does not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated by your card issuer based on the daily exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
5. How should I enter my shipping address?
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide all information in English. This includes street names and punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please use the closest English equivalents (for example, replacing accented letters with standard ones) to avoid system errors.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be revised once an order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a permanent residential address rather than a temporary vacation address, as we cannot predict how long local customs departments may hold a package.
7. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the tracking website. Please note that Ranvion is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your destination country.
8. What should I do if items are missing from my order?
If your package arrives and something is missing, please contact us immediately at support@ranvion.com.
